KUALA LUMPUR: The recent flooding caused by heavy rainfall across several states of Malaysia has impacted the lives of many. During this tough time, not only the government and other help groups are helping the flood-affected communities in every possible way, but the automotive industry is also offering its assistance as tens of thousands of vehicles were caught in the floodwaters.
What does Porsche offer under the flood relief programme?
Under its flood relief programme, Porsche offers a 30% discount on parts and labour costs and a free towing service to the nearest Porsche Centre.
From Perodua to BMW, all automakers are providing discounts on servicing, free towing services as well as rebates on labour charges to their customers whose vehicles are damaged due to the floods. The recent name added to the list is Porsche.
Sime Darby Auto Performance, the official distributor of Porsche cars in Malaysia, is providing a 30% discount on parts and labour costs to flood-affected car owners. The company assures that only Porsche Genuine Parts will be used in all repairs, which will come with a two-year warranty. A free towing service to the nearest Porsche Centre is also available. It is to be noted that the assistance offer will remain valid till January 31, 2022.
The customers can take a thorough and detailed assessment of their damaged vehicle along with personalized consultation with certified specialists to evaluate repair costs.
