The city of Bakersfield Pet Control invites the general public to a low-cost, drive-through vaccine clinic from 9 a.m. to twelve noon Saturday in Central Park at Millcreek, situated at 500 19th St.Clinic stations will remain in the parking lot off 21st Road, the city of Bakersfield stated.
